GLASS ON GLASS MOSAICS SESSIONS

No experience is necessary for this relaxing and fun mosaic session and all abilities are welcome. We will be using the cut offs from my stained glass art with a 15 x 15 glass tile to make a beautiful mosaic. A beautiful way to make memories.
This is a 3 hour session and is 25 per person and can be booked with a phone call or message or email. Small groups are welcome to pay on the day larger organised groups will be asked to pay in advance. You can also book through Get your guide or air bnb experiences.
This is a lovely activity for families on holiday or groups of friends or you can join a scheduled class and meet new people.
All materials are supplied.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Grouting will be done after the session as we need to wait for the glue to dry and usually takes around 4 days in total . You can take your work home without grout and I am happy to supply a small tub of white grout for if you are leaving the area before we can arrange pick up of your tile.

The 8 hour Tiffany copper foil method of stained glass course is set over two days. Starting from nothing we learn the principles behind Pattern design within stained glass construction, what tools to use and how to use them, how to cut glass with a handheld glass cutter, how to grind and fit your glass to your pattern, how to copper foil, how to solder and soldering techniques and finally how to clean and finish your piece of finished art work. I will ask if there is anything you specifically want to make and we will decide on a pattern between us. I will let you know if your suggestions are possible within the time limit and help to make it possible. Limited to 20cm x 20cm .
Dexterity of hands essential. Please inform me of any physical issues that may impede standing whilst cutting
All health and cleanliness guidelines apply. I hold the class in a clean and comfortable studio with plenty of natural light and amenities. A simple light lunch will be offered within the price and complimentary refreshments throughout will be available. Please let me know if you have any dietry requirements or if you will prefer to supply your own lunch.
Please note we are a private venue and we do have pet animals that are present throughout the day .
