STAINED GLASS ARTISAN
I take inspiration from the abundance of nature around me and the wide open spaces and huge skies of the Western Algarve. I Work with the Tiffany devised method of cut, grind, copper foil and solder to create stained glass art and craft. There are so many tantalizing colours, textures and varieties of glass to use and i try and use the best colours and textures for my designs.
ABOUT ME
My name is Liza and i am originally from the South of England. I have lived in the Algarve for many years and have my workshop here where my work and work mess (usually) is on display. You are welcome to visit with a scheduled appointment. .
CLASSES AND COURSES
I run 2 DAY stained glass courses from Sept/October through to April/May in the workshop
from May through to end of September I run Glass on glass mosaic workshops OUTDOOR UNDER THE GAZEBOS in the summer months and inSIDE the studio in winter months.
REPAIRS CARRIED OUT
Commissions are welcome for installations, windows or door panels and special gifts made for any occasion. It is better to talk in person when a commission is being discussed.
