Courses and classes

My name is Liza and i am originally from the South of England. I have lived in the Algarve for many years and have my workshop here where my creative chaos happens .

You are welcome to visit with a scheduled appointment to discuss a commission just view or to purchase a piece of stained glass work .

I take inspiration from the abundance of nature around me and the wide open spaces and huge skies of the Western Algarve. I Work with the Tiffany devised method of cut, grind, copper foil and solder to create stained glass art and craft. There are so many tantalizing colours, textures and varieties of glass to use and i try and use the best colours and textures for my designs.

CLASSES AND COURSES

I run 2 DAY stained glass courses from Sept/October through to April/May in the workshop

I run Glass on glass mosaic workshops all year round we are OUTDOOR UNDER THE GAZEBOS in the summer months and inSIDE the studio in winter months.

from october until may the mosaic sessions fit around the stained glass courses so dates are not always regular. it is best to contact me in person or see the updates on the fb page

REPAIRS CARRIED OUT

i do repairs of tiffany technique windows and lampS

COMMISSIONS

Commissions are welcome for windows or door panels and special gifts made for any occasion.

It is better to talk in person when a commission is being discussed and a visit to the studio is essential for us to discuss the various ways of design and types of glass.
